Prices

We are very concerned about providing value for money but we will not compromise quality. We offer a range of services, giving quality assured consultancy and training, efficient administration, and full learning materials, where appropriate. Our prices reflect these values. VAT is chargeable on some of our services.

Payment

Payment arrangement will be clearly discussed and identified on your quote. Any changes to this must be discussed and agreed before the programme starts. Failure to pay could result in:

Suspension of our services until payment made
Additional charges being applied in accordance with the terms of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, amended by European Directive 2000/35EC we are entitled to levy interest and/or late payment compensation on overdue debts
Failure to proceed or cancellation
Recovery of debt through legal proceedings.

Cancelling courses / training

Cancellations to bookings must be made 15 days prior to the start of the commission, after that time a charge will be made in accordance with the day of cancellation.

Cancellations of courses and changes of course content

Our courses are constantly being evaluated, updated and improved; consequently Business To Business reserves the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice. Business To Business reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability in these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
