Session duration: Two hours
By the end of the session learners will be able to:
- Explore the role and responsibilities of the worker
- Understand what a “policy” is and what a “procedure” is
- Have an understanding that policies, procedures and codes of general practice make the worker’s role and duties explicit
- Have an understanding of the policies and procedures which relate to the role of the worker
- Know where to access the relevant policies and procedures.
