Customer Service

 

Customer Service NVQs are available at Levels 1 to 3 and are aimed at individuals working in, or seeking to work in, a variety of customer service settings. These may include the hospitality industry, medical reception, front-of-house settings in business and banking, or non face-to-face areas such as call centres.
We offer these qualifications at QCF Levels 1, 2, and 3.

NVQ Certificate in Customer Service Level 1

Typical job role Assistant sales staff
Typical duties Effective customer communication, positive attitude, recognise and deal with customer requests, queries and problems

NVQ Certificate in Customer Service Level 2

Typical job role Sales staff, service desk personnel or call centre staff
Typical duties Delivering effective customer service and interacting directly with customers

NVQ Diploma in Customer Service Level 3

Typical job role Call centre section leader, sales team supervisor and customer services team leader
Typical duties Delivery of customer service as well as monitoring and developing the quality of customer service given
