What services do you provide?

We offer a wide range of training and development services but we also provide others. Business To Business also provides research, event management and corporate management services.

How do I book?

There are three ways of booking our services:

  1. by telephone
  2. by e-mail
  3. by mail.

How do I pay?

We are flexible about methods of payment. However, this needs to be agreed prior to the commencement of training.

When do the courses start and finish?

We run our course at a time to suit you, so many of our workshops run between 4.30pm and 7pm. However, full day trainings are run between 9.30am and 4.00pm

How will the training be delivered?

We restrict the number of delegates in accordance with the topic. We place emphasis on the facilitation of learning and not how many delegates we can cram into one room.

Who are the trainers?

We have a number of excellent and highly qualified trainers. All are competent practitioners in the area in which they train and this is regularly monitored.

What venues do you use?

We have a number of locations that we use depending on the size of the group and subject. All our venues are comfortable and offer good range of refreshments. We are also happy to use your facilities; obviously this reduces your price! Many of our local short courses are run out of our training centre.

How do you know what my training objectives are?

This will either have been established through your employing organisation or with you prior to the commencement of the training.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself, with a note pad and pen.

Do you regularly check the quality of your training and development services?

The delegates, delegate line managers and the trainer evaluate each course. The feedback is reviewed by the curriculum managers to ensure that our high standards are maintained.
